Starting my weight loss journey
Last March I was working out and doing really good and lost 10 pounds. Then my wedding came around in April and I enjoyed myself on our honeymoon and didn’t bother watching what I ate. Now it’s June and I am at my heaviest at 187. I have the most unhealthy relationship with foods. I constantly want to eat and want to eat until I’m miserable. This was a heart wrenching observation. So I started this Monday having a healthy relationship with food and working out again. I’m just posting my before pictures so that when/if I start losing I can have some before and after. I’m ready to become fit and thinner. I want to lose weight before I get pregnant so I don’t fall into a weight hole and can’t get myself back out!
