Progesterone pills and levels

Hey ladies I’m 4w 3 days according to lmp however I think I’m earlier had an ultrasound at 3 weeks 5 days and nothing to see my hcg levels were 65 then 172 when they did my u/s at 3week5 days they didn’t see anything and my progesterone was 5.5 so I was put on progesterone pills and my levels went up to19.0 did anyone have similar stories or going through the same kind of worried cause my levels are low compared to others which are in the thousands
