Miscarriage 4 weeks ago

Hey ladies,

I miscarried 4 weeks ago, and bled for about 6 days. My levels returned to 0, so my husband and I started trying again after the bleeding stopped. A couple of days ago I started getting extreme fatigue, slight dizziness if I turn my head too fast, and a mild backache. AF has not arrived, so I decided to take take a test, but all negative😞 Anyone think it’s possible I’m pregnant again? I got my hcg drawn today, but won’t get that back till next week!
