More than one methotrexate shot?

I was told last week Wednesday I was having an ectopic pregnancy. I freaked out when I got to the cancer center and saw the warning sheet. Dr. Said I could wait and see if my hcg number went down naturally (I thought I was miscarrying naturally). On Friday they did bloodwork and it went up 10 points. I got the methotrexate shot that afternoon.

Monday they did blood work and it went down 9 points. I had blood work this morning and it went down again. But the nurse said they like to see a 15% drop and mine was less than that so they suggest a second shot. I really do not want to do another shot but was wondering if I should? Has anyone has had similar experience or any advice? Thanks. 🙁
