That stuff is full of artificial ingredients and a whole lot of processed crap. It may work for some, but it is not a healthy alternative to losing weight. If you replace meals with fruits and veggies, you’ll have much better results and is it so much healthier.

if you wanna do shakes look into herbalife shakes it's pricey but it DOES work but you have to work out also look into it good luck my friend is a distributor for it

fyi Amazon sells it also I'd look into a starter kit/pack first and try it then go from there good luck

i had something similar (different brands of shakes) the shake i had at breakfast abd my other meals tended to be chicken and veg or egg and veg, that with frequently going to the gym and i lost over 20kg in a year.

It did for me. I technically only replaced one meal tho. I would have it for breakfast with a banana. Ans for lunch I would replace my Starbucks and put this on ice with a little whip, and then have a small lunch. Then dinner as normal. It curved the cravings throughout the day and I lost weight. But I don't recommend just using this and not actually eating, you still need the recommended calories.
