UpSpring Fertility+ ?

I have been taking this for about 21 days, and I have noticed increased CM, and less cramping than with my previous cycles. I got it to help regulate my cycle and boost my reproductive system after years of hormonal birth control. This cycle is actually the first time since getting my Mirena removed mid February that I had egg white CM. Before this I was starting to worry that I wasn't ovulating. I'm not TTC yet but it is nice knowing this may help out when that time comes.

Has anybody else used this, have experience or opinions on it? I have not been back to the doctor since my removal(waiting on health insurance) and this was my own way of trying to help myself with the worries I was having about ovulation and my reproductive health after BC. Of course as soon as my health insurance kicks in

I am going in to the doctor to ask about PCOS and find out if I have any negative impacts from the birth control.
