I'm going crazy! Help!!

Ok so I have some sins to confess (I'm catholic) but the thing is that I already confessed not too long ago & I just can't keep on going and going every single time I need to confess my sins. I'm most likely going to church today & I don't know if I should just do a quick prayer and confess my sins before getting to church or just get blessed but the thing is that my mom gets mad if I don't receive communion because since she already took me to confessional she expects me to receive communion. I have no idea what to do & im not feeling too well. 😩😖😖
