Baby living on 2nd floor apartment

So not pregnant yet but we are putting an offer in at a super nice apartment. It’s very safe area and also gated. I wanted to have the 2nd floor so we wouldn’t hear people walking above us. But today was wondering what I would do when I have a baby and go grocery shopping. I would try to time it right when my husband is about to get home or go alone when he’s home but sometimes that’s impossible. How would I carry groceries up to the second floor with my baby? Would you make one trip up with the baby settle them down in the crib/high chair and put the baby monitor on as I run to the car quick?? I guess I could also bring a cooler so it’s not as urgent but still... how does anyone else handle this?? Sorry if it sounds like I’m worrying about nothing I just love this place and know it’s perfect for us but somewhat thinking a 1st floor would be easier since I could open the patio door and see my baby while my car is right there. Also please don’t hate if you think we should buy a house we are in a city and apartments are the only thing we can buy right now
