Lactating
I’m 22 weeks pregnant and over the past 2 days I’ve noticed that I think I’m starting to lactate? I have little spots where my nipples are. Is it normal to lactate before birth? Is it bad? I feel so silly for not knowing but I’m a first time mom so I don’t know !!!
