Do you know any tricks to increase your milk supple naturally at home?? Please share your tricks and help other ladies who are struggling with their milk supply. TIA! x

Eat porridge, increase protein, massage the girls gently, warm showers, increase blood flow. Soon you’ll be able to aim and shoot bullseyes with the supply 😅

Power pumping! 20 min on, 10 off, 10 on, 10 off, 10 on, done. Pump even if nothing is coming out. And doing it after baby nurses is easiest cuz then you know they’ve just eaten.

I’m pregnant so not nursing right now. But this is my third and I struggle with milk supply. Oatmeal every morning and lots of green veggies! I filled a gallon jug and made sure I drank all of it. This got me through 10 months.
