Feel free to tell why you like them! I’m getting put on birth control for my bad cramps, long periods, and acne and I wanna know what everybody else likes.

I have an iud. 
PROS - I haven't had a period in like a year, and if I do it's like minimal spotting
-i don't have to do literally anything with it like remember it or anything
-its extremely effective
-lasts like 4 years I believe? depends on which you get
CONS - The insertion for me was pretty painful honestly. I've never had children, so the doctor said that that factor made my cervix a little harder to get to/insert the iud into
-the cramping after the insertion was BAD. Like a period on steroids
