Contractions!?

I felt a contraction that was way more painful and different than any Braxton Hicks I had before. It lasted about 60 seconds and it was only one about 6 minuets ago. Is this normal to just get a random contraction? It was so painful and I had to breathe through it. I live 45 minuets away from the hospital so if I need to be concerned I want to know now I’m a FTM so this is all new to me. I’m 35weeks along
