Yeast infection??

My period is very irregular and it doesn’t come for a while and when it does, I have for a week. Well this week I got a yeast infection and when I know I’m about to start my period is when I get bad cramps and here lately I’ve been having bad cramps but I don’t know if it’s the infection. When I also wiped I would have like light red sorta pinkish tint to it on the toilet paper. Anyone know if it’s from my period or the infection. I just started issuing cream to help it go away.
