So i woke up this morning with pain. Cramps from my back to my lower front. I went down to use the bathroom. Pooped (sorry tmi) but the pain hasn’t gone away and I’ve had contractions starting from the back to the front. Feels like cramps. I sit and am so uncomfortable so i stand and the contractions hit. I tried a cold shower to see if it calms, drinking cold water and then tried to poop again. Pain has me stopping to catch my breath. I’m going to call my doctor. I’m alone here my ex fiancé broke up with me like two days ago and I’ve been so stressed and crying and so out of it so I’m hoping that isn’t the cause of now and i am hoping this isn’t labor or anything. I’m 31 weeks today.
