Disgusted and Frustrated

Okay, long story short, there’s this girl I follow on social media as a joke because she’s a huge meme. But she’s (now currently) a homeless teenage mother (16 years old) who neglects her daughter and I’m really concerned even though it’s not my baby. The baby is only 5 months old and I have no clue honestly where the baby is but the mother who I follow on social media does not care about her at all. I want to report this somehow because it’s really disgusting to see people like this in the world and obviously the mother and the baby both need help. Here are the post she made about her baby:
