8 weeks pregnant

I’m currently 8w4d with my rainbow baby. I’m trying to do everything I can to make sure this one sticks. I’m involved in an exercise team and we’ve been practicing 2 days a week. Practices are very strenuous and very hard. I’ve eliminated doing anything that makes me out of breath after hearing how bad that is for my baby but here lately my legs have started shaking real bad when I work them out. Do you think that’s my body telling me to take it down a bit and rest or just my muscles getting tired? I know most people say whatever you did before pregnancy you can do during but I’ve always struggled very hard with this exercise team and i don’t know if it’s a good idea for me to continue. What’s your opinion?
