surgeon but also want kids ??

hey all, i really want to be a surgeon but i also want to have kids. both of my parents are surgeons but i want to have my kids before they had my siblings and i. i want to have more kids than them and want to have them earlier. they aren’t old or anything but if i’m planning for more kids i just want to start earlier. i’m young atm so i have some time to figure this out but i’m just not sure. i know that becoming a surgeon can take people into their mid thirties and would like to start a family before then. is it even possible to have kids on the road to being a surgeon? idk!!
