Advice ?

So I’m new hereπŸ‘‹πŸ½ I’m young 14 exactly and I’ve ALWAYS struggled with weight issues . I’m about 5’4 1/2 or 5’5 even and not sure how much I weigh rn last time I checked I was 210-215 πŸ˜•it’s summer and I really want to do something positive with myself and body. I have a daily face routine for my acne and I’m working on cutting out foods and working out. I started the other day and I’m sooo sore from not working out in months. Any beginner workout routines and ideas that’ll help me lose weight in a month before school ? A lot of people call me fat but others say I’m thick but I say bothπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ i tuck in my stomach in public Bc I have this big pooch that annoys me and big arms with a ton of back fat with extra thick thighs. I wear a size 16 in pants and large in shirts. I’m lowkey insecure about it but my boyfriend says I’m beautiful just the way I am. Thoughts? (These are pictures with a tucked in stomach as well) (excuse the mess)
