Advice ?
So Iβm new hereππ½ Iβm young 14 exactly and Iβve ALWAYS struggled with weight issues . Iβm about 5β4 1/2 or 5β5 even and not sure how much I weigh rn last time I checked I was 210-215 πitβs summer and I really want to do something positive with myself and body. I have a daily face routine for my acne and Iβm working on cutting out foods and working out. I started the other day and Iβm sooo sore from not working out in months. Any beginner workout routines and ideas thatβll help me lose weight in a month before school ? A lot of people call me fat but others say Iβm thick but I say bothπ€·π½ββοΈ i tuck in my stomach in public Bc I have this big pooch that annoys me and big arms with a ton of back fat with extra thick thighs. I wear a size 16 in pants and large in shirts. Iβm lowkey insecure about it but my boyfriend says Iβm beautiful just the way I am. Thoughts? (These are pictures with a tucked in stomach as well) (excuse the mess)
