I went to the gynecologist a few days ago because I had missed my period for 3 months and I still haven’t started, this was very unusual for me because I’ve had my period for 4 and a half years now but never have I missed a whole period. I wanted to go so I could start B.C. And regulate it plus to help with my acne which is awful and always has been. I found out I am polycystic, I have tiny cysts on my ovaries. My doctor said this causes acne breakouts, facial hair (which I’ve never had problems with), sugar problems, and makes it almost impossible to loose weight. I asked if it would affect me having kids and she said as long as I don’t gain a bunch of weight....I’m skinny now, my weight evens out, I mean I wouldn’t mind losing a few pounds because I weigh more than I like but overall I am skinny, although I take after my dads side as far as body’s go. My dads side of the family is know to be super skinny for the longest time then all the sudden they gain a shit ton of weight. I’m only 16 so I’m not worried about having kids right now but I would like to start working out more so that way I can be in shape for when I do start gaining weight and I’ll be ready for it. So if anyone would like to drop their diets/workouts below that would be greatly appreciated, thank y’all so much!
