Help me please!!!! I feel so insecure 😟

Long story short, I used to be 65 kg which is like 140 ish pounds, I just weighed my self nd IM 212 lb!!!!! Which is 96 kg!!!! I don’t know how the f*ck I left my self go that much!!! Of course I do eat a lot of fast food and I’m trying to not too but my life is too busy!!! I’m currently working out (I think) I do 30 min of arch training and 15-20 min is the treadmill at least 3 times a week or so, I ve working out since May 23rd but I didn’t have anything to weight my self so I didn’t know how much I weighed until now!!!! Any advice would be so appreciated, I can’t do Keto diet for health reasons but I’m willing to try ANYTHING else...
