How to stop myself from over thinking it?

I’m so nervous I feel as though there’s a huge knot in my stomach and throat. How do I stop myself from over thinking it all? I’m just paranoid nothings going to go right and at my school, it’s all one competition on who can look the best 🙄 any tips guys would be appreciated?! How do you prepare calmly and effectively? Fully pooing myself.
