Trying to Stay Strong
Ladies I need tips and tricks on staying strong when it comes to dietingš© Iām such a yo yo dieter because I want to lose quickly. I find myself dieting so hardcore for two days then giving in and binging the next... I work out about 5x a week but I know that if I donāt eat right I wonāt lose. Can anyone recommend anything? I know weight loss takes time, but please advise on FAST methods as well as motivation to stay strong and say no to junk lol.
Iām 5ā7ā weighing in at about 150 and my goal is 125.
