Trying to Stay Strong

Ladies I need tips and tricks on staying strong when it comes to dieting😩 I’m such a yo yo dieter because I want to lose quickly. I find myself dieting so hardcore for two days then giving in and binging the next... I work out about 5x a week but I know that if I don’t eat right I won’t lose. Can anyone recommend anything? I know weight loss takes time, but please advise on FAST methods as well as motivation to stay strong and say no to junk lol.

I’m 5’7ā€ weighing in at about 150 and my goal is 125.
