dilemma: my weight gain his premature ejaculation

I've been with my husband for 10 years, we have two kids and like any couple our relationship has had its ups and downs. Lately however i find that our sex life is suffering due to his premature ejaculation and my physical appearance. He's never been able to last long but I've managed to deal with that by using one of those vibrating egg things which usually compensates. Except for latey, where he's over and finished within two minutes (yes the whole episode lasts on average a whole 2 minutes...I've timed it) but the worst part is that it makes me feel kind of disposable and unattractive because everytime we have sex (usually once every 3 weeks) he needs either alcohol or 2-3 hrs of porn (or both) in order to get the job done. It honestly makes me question what his actual opinions are on me. I've put on 70lbs with both pregnancies so i get it im definitely not as attractive as i once was but he's not perfect either, especially with P. E issue and his underwhelming 4" that I've learned to work with....
