Light pink spot day 19 of a 30 day cycle. (TMI)
I’m all new to this and i would really appreciate some help & advice.
I’m on cycle day 19 of a average 30 day cycle and I’ve just noticed a tiny pink spot when using the bathroom. I’ve had lower backache the last few days but haven’t thought much of it.
I last had sex a week ago.
