Starting a family. I’m ready, he’s not.

My husband and i definitely want to have kids. I want to start soon, and he wants to wait till we make more money and spend more time together just us. My problem is, i don’t work right now (work elementary, it’s summer) and i don’t necessarily “need” to work to be financially sustained. I would love to spend time with my husband, but we don’t do anything really that makes me want to wait. ( ie. he comes home from work, we eat dinner together, watch tv, repeat) which, yes js nice, but i don’t really see why that is something to keep us from having a baby. After Every period i feel pretty down. Which i hate because i don’t want him to feel bad but Idk what to do. I guess i just need some opinions to know I’m not alone and that it’ll work out. ❤️
