PLEASE COMMENT !!!

I lost my pack of birth control pills for last month, so I’ve been off the pill since then. I had a normal period last month and withdrawal bleeding too. I’ve been having unprotected sex all month using the pull-out method, even during my fertile window and ovulation day. I’m currently 7-9 dpo according to two different apps. AF is due in 7 days. I’ve been having really bad back pain for days, cramping here and there, and I feel sick to my stomach currently. When should I test ? Is it too early ? Please help!
