Implantation Pain?

Hi ladies. I had my right tube removed in May this year and am seriously scared of going through another ectopic. It’s possible that I may have conceived this month, but its too early to tell. Tonight I’ve been having pinchy sharp cramps in my left side, I think it might be implantation pain but it feels like it’s in my tube again, I know you can feel exactly where something is but it’s definitely not in the middle. Anyone else felt this?

hi Jo well I am currently in the same situation I had my right tube removed may 22nd, follow up was the 6th of June, before that follow up I took a test to be sure it was negative and it was.. I just took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was positive only cause I was feeling sick I knew something was up these symptoms I am having was way to familiar... I am having pain for 2 days now but it's in the middle kinda pain I even had pink spotting for one day.. I feel like this is a new pregnancy well has to be... if you have a positive test you have to call your OB and tell them right away cause we are now considered high risk I will give you updates on mine I have a appointment tomorrow..
