Back to the gym!!!
Got Clearence from my doctor that I can resume gym work after a successful <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVf</a>. Today was my first day back at it. To be on the safe side I wear a heart monitor and am working with a trainer that specializes in pre/post natal fitness. Feels so good to be back in the gym, nothing like the mental and physical calm and strenght it gives me. Gonna be strong for my baby.
