Tantrums? Help!!

She just turned one year old. Recently, she has been throwing tantrums if she isn’t being held or if she isn’t on my boobs. At the house or in public. Screaming plus crying tantrums. Some say it’s an early terrible twos. How can I stop her from throwing tantrums?

Ignore her when she throws tantrums. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I know that may sound rude but it’s really what you need to do sometimes. Of course as long as you know she’s been fed, she’s had her nap, and you’ve loved on her. I did it with my son and it helped. Especially because as a parent when your child is throwing a fit, it’s frustrating and there’s nothing you can do to help them or calm them down. When I was frustrated and I literally tried everything I just had to walk away from him and he would eventually stop.

You can’t stop her, but you can just continue reinforcing.
All kids have tantrums, it’s just what they do. As she grows you will be better able to explain to her why she can’t do xyz...
She can’t even really comprehend right now what you’re saying.
