Why in the world are soooooo many people sharing and reposting the video of that poor 15 year old boy getting stabbed to death??? Why??? I woke up this morning, made my coffee and proceeded to check my social media. The very first thing I see is a video of 5 men dragging and stabbing someone in a NY gas station. Next post is a video of his bloodied body on a stoop with about 10 people around him recording it. I’m disgusted and appalled at humanity today. Everyone watching that video has just witnessed a murder. There are people in the world suffering from PTSD because they witnessed a brutal attach just like the one I saw this morning and yet it’s floating around and people don’t even blink. How can you watch that and not cry?? How do you not imagine that it could have been your 15 year old son or cousin or brother?? How does your heart not ache when seeing pictures of him in the hospital with a hole in his neck and his mother sobbing over him? Videos of the people that loved him in mourning. Videos of this poor angel when he was alive. I don’t know the circumstances surrounding his murder. He may have been involved with gangs or maybe he was talking shit to the wrong people. Who knows and who cares??! He’s dead and his murder is trending right now. I hate humanity right now. Shame on you to everyone who’s sharing the video. Shame on you to the people who were there when it happened and did nothing. Shame on you to all the people who pulled out their camera before checking his pulse. I have no faith left in humanity.
