Am I still protected even though I’ve been late taking some pills? I’m on the combination pill and I’ve heard that you don’t have to take it at the same time every day for it to be effective

The combination pill isn’t as serious at taking it at the exact same time. I always take mine between 20min-2 hours after I’m supposed to. That’s why doubling up the next day is still effective. As long as you take it within the time frame you’re good!

Not even 20 minutes difference counts as inconsistent? I’m not an expert on the pill, but I don’t think that will create issues.
