What could this mean
Okay so I’ve had cramps but not like regular cramps but light cramps,lower back aches,always feeling thirsty,extreme tiredness,hungry like hell sometimes unless whatever I’m craving isn’t in the kitchen then I lose my appetite and,sometimes headaches
