Double or triple stroller rec?

Question

I have a toddler and a baby(s) on the way and would like to know what stroller you guys recommend that they can also grow into from newborn-toddler & toddler-small child.
I’m moving overseas so I would like to get it here in the states since there’s more options. Preferably under $450.

The Graco Modes Duo, The uno Duo has a smaller  seat(2 people were disappointed thinking they were the same at the modes chairs)

Babies r us is going out of sale and I found the uno 2 duo by Greco for only $92!! I’m not sure if you have one near you but it’s normally $320 without the car seat. I was also able to find the higher end matching car seat for only $80 (normally $200). Might be worth checking out.

I have 4 and I have the city select converted to a double stroller. It's expensive though, but very solid
