Vagina pimples

Hey ladies, so I’m not gonna be gross and put like a picture of my privates on here so instead I’ll just explain.

I have two (possibly 3) vagina pimples currently. Which is weird cause I normally have only one at a time. And let me tell ya, these hurt like a bitch!

What am I doing wrong? I’ve been getting vagina pimples more often as of recently.

Any advice?

Also, in case there’s any curiosity on ingrown hairs or something, I only trim. Not shave or wax. I have never had sex and never been kissed.

Is it just that my vagina is unclean and if so how do i clean it in a healthy way?

Or is this herpes.
