Morning sickness (all day) 🤢 HELP!!

I'm having the worst morning sickness ever! the one that lasts all freaking day from AM-PM. if I'm hungry I'm nauseous. if I'm smelling something I'm nauseous. if I eat I'm nauseous moments afterwards. I'm thirsty all the time and water makes me nauseous. Heartburn is the worst for me right now. And I feel dehyadrated, sleepy, and weak all the time. I spoke to the doctor whom I havent seen yet because they think it's too early but she prescribed me Diclegis but was too expensive for me and insurance didnt cover it. Promethazine is what they gave me next but not sure if it's working because I feel the same. I've tried everything even salt crackers and gingerale. any suggestions? can anyone relate? I feel like I'm dying!
