Pain on right side when pressed

Hello, I just found out I was pregnant this morning. I'm super concerned right now. I had Mirena out last month on May 23. I literally didn't expect to conceive within a month. Ive heard of how it takes time. I'm super worried because ive been hearing that alot of woman who got pregnant right away after they removed their Mirena resulted in a miscarriage. When I tested this morning I noticed brownish red discharge. It Wasn't alot, just on the tissue then I had a very light spotting of clear with a little red discharge and now its gone. I noticed that when I laid down and i was pressing around on my stomach I felt an instant sharp pain on my right side when pressed. It caught me off guard. I'm going pretty crazy reading the possibilities and thinking the worst. Anyone whose had this please shine some light!
