nightmare/dreams of my bf cheating

we have been together for 14 years now. We have had our problems in the past but never actually cheated like sex kissing etc. I have had a good amount of occasions, one this morning of him cheating. I have been cheated on in the past with relationships. also sexually abused for many years as a kid. just curious if others have had this happen? the last one was terrible I like couldn't wake myself up. And I always wake him up and tell him about it or I forget it and then he cuddles me back to sleep.
