Help !!!!!

I have irregular periods and IBS ... could I be implantation cramping or IBS cramping .. normally my IBS only happens when I eat heavy and they are very stronger than the cramps and tiggling I been having the past couple days with high temps in the morning but a BFN today ... or could it be PMS cramping.. it’s hard to tell and confusing and I’m at 10dpo and AF due in three days ?
