anyone have insight on what could be going on? (boob question)

usually the week following up to AF showing up my breasts are usually super tender and I couldn't touch them, but now I get random pains of what feels as if they're on fire! I am so confused with my body right now and I know no one on here is an expert but if you have similar things happening or have experienced this before it would be helpful. don't exactly have the funds to go to a doctor right now so that's why I'm curious
