Best tandem stroller (not side by side)?

Question

Hit me with what double tandem stroller you love and why.  I’ll have a newborn and 2.5 year old living in Chicago, for context. 
If you have a cheaper version you love too even better (for instance we currently have a nice bit heavy jogging stroller at home and a smaller $100 stroller that we keep in the car).

I also went with City Select tandem.  I wasn’t a fan of others and this stroller seems to really hold up over time.  The frame is heavy, but this means NO tipping when you take one child out, hahaha.

Baby jogger city select lux. It's on the pricier side, but it has been the single most used baby gear item we have ever purchased. 
I have an almost 3 year old and and a 6.5 month old. This stroller is hands down the best! lol. For us at least.

I have the baby jogger city select and love it.  We got it for $350 used with two seats and an infant seat adapter.  Before that we had a Chicco Cortina Together that was such a beast and a hassle in general.

Baby jogger city select or if your on a budget the joovy caboose works well. But if you plan to do a lot of outdoor walking in Chicago I would splurge for the city select. Check your local yard sale, Craigslist and Facebook marketplace because you may find a good deal there

We have the Uppa baby vista. Also very expensive but TOTALLY worth it. We travel a lot and the company insured the stroller when we use the travel bag everytime we get on a plane. If anything happens to anything (stroller, car seat, attachments) while in their travel bag they replace the whole thing

Does anyone have the Contours Options tandem? It supposedly collapses with both seats. That seems valuable.  The city select doesn’t, right?

I have this one and love it. I gave it to my mom to use and now we have the graco Uno2Duo which I also LOVE lol
