Early pregnancy symptoms?

Okay so my husband and I have been TTC for about 3 months. Previously I was diagnosed with secondary amenorrhea and hadn’t had a period or any hormonal changes from July 2016- Feb 2018 when I got my period at random, no hormones added. As of the last two weeks or so, I have noticed random bouts of shortness of breath, nausea, and dizziness. Doc didn’t test for pregnancy but said there wasn’t anything else wrong with me, could be allergies but friends said might be pregnancy hormones?
