Everything he does is irritating me

Hi girls i need some help. My boyfriend and i have been getting into petty arguments lately but normally we’re great and he always treats me so well. However, over the course of the week everything he does and says annoys me. I’ll take hours to reply to his texts or say I’m too busy to hang out when I’m really at home doing nothing. I feel so bad because i really do love him and i don’t know what’s causing this. Tomorrow we’re leaving on a week vacation together too. Does anyone have any advice? 😞
