cold sore or cut ???? HELP
please help !! i can't tell if this is a cold sore or not ? i get cold sores here and there and this has had none of the symptoms of the cold sores that i've had in the past. no blisters no itching or burning. i've had it for about four days now and it hasn't gotten crusty or formed a scab like all the ones in the past had by now.
