Second piercing is infected....

So I got my second holes pierced in my ears 5 years ago. I got pregnant three years ago and haven’t worn any earrings in my second hole for heck maybe three years? (My mom made a snide comment about “mommies don’t wear two earrings” 😑) anyways my ear has been hurting and I just looked and not only is it on firrreeee 🔥 it’s also really red and when I squeeze it puss and blood comes out. Instead of one hole it looks like two holes but when I stop poking it out it looks like one again.... what in the hell is going on? Why do I have two openings? HOW did the holes get back open? I could have sworn they grew up a lonnnggggg time ago! I can’t even tell you the last time I wore earrings. I’m so confused on how a grown hole can become infected 😑 has this happened to anyone else? Did you end up going to the doctor? (I feel dumb for making an appointment for this 😑)
