Feeling heartbroken

Since coming off depo Iv tried so so hard to conceive. I knew it would take some time and didn’t actually expect it too happen this quick, I’m booked in for another ultrasound next week to make sure I don’t have PCOS ( doctor wanted to rule it out) I only had a scan last year and it was fine....Iv went through hundreds of pounds worth of tests and cried and cried then boooom I ovulate and miss it.....my heart is so sad today 💔
