The reason my ex and I broke up

Not a lot of people would not want to know this. But in goin to do it anyway. (We're going to call him J)

So when J and I got together we had the best relationship. Then it was his birthday, I got him two stuffed dogs. My BFF said that I was the 'guy' of the relationship. I can now see that. He argued with me how he didn't need anything. But it was his special day and I was being nice. After that argument I was getting more depressed and I have a lot of anxiety. I'm still depressed. Now he wouldn't text back. He would only care about Fortnite and Soccer. Me and my gbf (Gay best friend) were talking and he said we should brake up. I was planning on it anyway. The day after I broke up with him. His reaction was 'Ok'. HOW IS YOUR REACTION 'OK'. We were together for 3 months. His best friend took my our of the group chats I was in. I took 3 weeks off of social media. I'm not my self any more, I hate parties, I don't come out of my room to talk to people. I have listened to Falling in reverse, Pierce the veil, Sleeping with sirens, Black veil brides, Palaye Royale, Motionless in white, Marilon Manson, and Bring me the horizon. I completely gave up on how I look.
