I'm supposed to be 11 weeks and fatigue hit me like a ton of bricks in the last couple days, just wondered if that's normal

I've been exhausted since I found out at week 4. It probably has been my worst symptom of them all. I've never been so tired in my whole life. They say it gets better but at this point, I dont feel like it will ever get better. I'm currently 11+3.
