Help!!! Vaccines?!

here's my healthy breastfed baby girl (: but I need some advice! (disclosure: I worked in pediatrics and know all the reasons why babies MUST be vaccinated, I was the one telling mothers reasons why to vaccinate) however...I'm a FTM and my LO is now 5 months old. after her 2 months vaccines she broke out in a horrible rash and was so irritable and red and the ER said she had some sort of reaction that flared up some "eczema". ? after talking to my mom i got kinda freaked out to get her 4 month set because she said "what if her reaction is worse" and that has just stuck in my head. so what are y'alls opinions ? should I just get them and risk some sort of reaction? Or skip out on it? I did ask her Dr. and literally all she said was "it's up to you what you want to do" ...like thanks doc. here's a pic of the reaction
