Glucose test and syphilis diagnostic cascade?????

So my next appointment I knew I was doing my glucose test but today I get on my mychart online and it said syphilis diagnostic cascade, what does that mean?? Is that just a screening to make sure I don’t have it or is that saying I do have it and they need to do other tests? They’ve never said anything to me about it and they always tell me how healthy I am and it just kinda freaked me out I mean I’m pretty sure I don’t have it I’ve been with the same guy for almost 7 years and I’ve never cheated, just wondering if any of you had his test also.
