Sizing

I’ve had my septum pierced for about 6/7 months. Would it be okay to change it out? i believe it’s fully healed. Another thing, I got it done at a place out of town and i cannot for the life of me remember what the place is called. I’m not exactly sure what size my ring is? Is there a standard size for septum rings? I want to get a new jewelry for it because the one I currently have had to be widened so i could flip it up and back down. i’m not sure if a picture would be able to help determine if it’s 16G but here it is
